Service Description

A full set-up is essential to keeping your instrument playing in tip-top shape. Due to Maryland's seasonal shifts, this service is recommended for local guitar and bass players every 3 to 6 months. Procedures include: -Full cleaning of instrument body and hardware -Fret spot-leveling where necessary -Tuners lubricated (as needed) -Strings changed/stretched (strings not included) -Loose hardware tightened -Truss rod adjusted to .006" neck relief (or player's preference) -Nut slot heights adjusted (as needed) -Saddle heights radiused -Action height set to player's specifications at 12th fret (4/64", 5/64") -Set tremolo float (Floyd Rose = +$15) -Intonation set at 12th or 5th fret -Switch contacts checked -Potentiometers cleaned (as necessary) -Fingerboard oiled as necessary -Frets polished -Pickups balanced
